Aufgaben:
- Termingerechter Versand von IT Equipment, Demo Geräten, biochemischen Proben etc. innerhalb und außerhalb der EU
- Organisation und Verwaltung der Zwischenlagerung unserer Geräte für Kundendemos und Trainings
- Organisation von Spezialtransporten für Kundentrainings, Demos und Messen
- Warenannahme
- Zollabfertigung von Im- und Exportsendungen
- Kaufmännische Ausbildung im Bereich Logistik oder vergleichbare Berufserfahrung
- Erfahrung in der Versandlogistik
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Grundkenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams)
- SAP-Kenntnisse (ECC, S /4HANA)
- Erfahrung in der Im- und Exportabwicklung von Warensendungen sind von Vorteil
- Spaß an Teamarbeit mit lokalen und internationalen Kollegen
- Offenheit für neue Prozesse und Tools
