Please note that for this role, C2 German proficiency is required. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Berlin.

 

What You’ll Do

  • Collaborate directly with the co-founders and senior team on new products and services.

  • Working hands on to gather informations from the customers and our market.

  • Build dashboards and analyze performance data and product usage to uncover trends, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities.

  • Help improve cross-team alignment - e.g. by creating playbooks, or coordinating knowledge-sharing between departments.

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
