The Role
We’re looking for a motivated and analytical Working Student to join our dynamic Consumer Electronics team. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Category Management, where your passion for numbers and problem-solving will directly impact our success. As a Category Management Working Student, you will work closely with our Category Managers to support key operational activities within the Consumer Electronics team. On top of that, you will be responsible for several processes in international markets management. This role offers exposure to a wide range of tasks that influence market strategy, campaigns and pricing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales data across international markets to uncover trends, monitor KPIs, and report on performance at both the team and company level
- Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks required for international market maintenance
- Identify opportunities for market expansion or performance improvement and propose actionable changes to drive growth in specific markets
- Prepare reports and data insights to support decision-making processes
- Support category management functions including sales and purchases tracking, data analysis, inventory management, and pricing optimization
- Identify opportunities to automate routine tasks and leverage AI tools to streamline daily workflows.
- Must be a student (Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Finance or similar) based in Berlin
- Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets required
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Very good English speaking and writing skills, another European language fluency (especially Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch) would be a strong plus
- Ease of use with everyday AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot) to enhance personal productivity and automate basic tasks
- Highly organized and detail-oriented, can work autonomously
- Passionate about sustainability and reducing electronic waste
- Berlin (We expect the working student to be in the office at least 2 days in a week).
