Job Title: Working Student (f/m/d) – Event Administration & Trade Fair Logistics

Language: German (Native/Bilingual) + English


Role Overview:

We’re hiring a German-speaking coordinator to own the 'engine room' of our trade fair team. Your job is to make sure the vendors deliver, the booth gets built, and the invoices get paid. It’s 100% operational—if you love planning, organizing, and getting things done behind the scenes, this is for you.


Master Thesis Proposal: “Open-ended — student may define a topic in alignment with administration, marketing coordination, event administration, stakeholder management or renewable energy communication.”

Administrative Efficiency in a corporate setting.


Your Mission (What you will actually do):

  • Vendor Management (70% of the role): You are the main contact for German vendors (catering, booth builders, electricians, transport). You will call, negotiate, and chase them in German.
  • The "Fixer": Solve on-site problems. The printer didn’t arrive? The catering is late? You handle it.
  • Admin & Paperwork: Manage contracts, purchase orders (PRs), and invoice tracking. No creative writing, just structured documentation.
  • Booth Support: Manage the guest list and registration desk at the fair. You are the face at the entrance, not the person giving the presentation.
  • Post-Event: Organize photos, contact lists, and expense reports.
  • Duration: 6 months, with a possible extension based on performance and business requirements.
