Description provided by Ratepay
Every day, we work together on tailored solutions for well-known online retailers and marketplaces, shaping the payment solutions of tomorrow.
As a Working Student (f/m/d) in the Commercial Partnerships Team, you will support the Partnerships team in their day-to-day operations. Together with the team, you will be responsible for the maintenance, performance oversight, and operational coordination of our key Payments Partners. You will act as the central point of contact for partners, merchants, and internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations and strong collaboration.
Your Responsibilities
- Operational Ownership: You monitor and track partner performance, identifying potential issues and ensuring timely follow-up. Additionally, you manage quarterly reporting, delivering accurate data and clear insights.
- Partner & Merchant Support: You support the Technical Partner Manager with coordinating merchant integrations, product feature requests, and technical enablement.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: You orchestrate internal stakeholders (including Risk, Finance, Compliance, Merchant Review, and more) to support partner needs and resolve issues efficiently. You also assist the Team Lead with merchant pricing requests and support contractual tasks (documentation, updates, and coordination with legal teams).
- Team Support: Acting as the right hand to the Team Lead, you ensure the consistent execution of processes, partner maintenance, and operational excellence across the reseller portfolio.
- You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program, ideally with a focus on Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- You have a strong interest in exciting tasks within partner management and, ideally, have already gained some initial experience in the E-Commerce or FinTech environment.
- With your structured way of working, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication abilities in both English and German, you support your team and Ratepay every day.
- You are a true team player who enjoys taking ownership and comfortably acts as a bridge between various internal departments.
We value our diversity and welcome everyone to our team – regardless of ethnic or social origin, religion or belief, gender, sexual orientation, physical or mental limitations, age, marital status, educational background, or nationality.
