Role Overview
We’re hiring a Business Development Intern to help us to drive growth in the Nordics market.
As a business development intern, you will support both sales and account management activities.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Activities:
- Identify and approach target enterprise clients.
- Introduce our hyper-care enterprise services, ensuring client satisfaction.
- Cultivate and expand relationships with enterprise clients in Nordics.
- Advocate for on-demand and flexible work models with independent consultants.
- Identify prospects in targeted industries and build a robust sales pipeline.
- Present and pitch services to senior decision-makers (CIOs, CTOs, Heads of Procurement).
Account Management Activities:
- Onboard new clients effectively.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders for seamless freelancer onboarding and project handover.
- Oversee client projects to align with their needs and delivery standards.
- Manage project budgets
- Support regular feedback, rating and review mechanisms
- Maintain platform integrity and hygiene.
- Report KPIs and progress to commercial leadership and client stakeholders.
What We’re Looking For:
- Interest in B2B sales, IT service sales, or Digital/tech consulting.
- Understanding of the Digital & IT ecosystem.
- Experience working with multinational enterprises.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-starter who thrives in a remote-first, international environment.
- Native-level proficiency in one of Nordics language is highly advantageous.
- Fluent English and German is required.
