This is a working student (Werkstudent) position — part-time alongside your studies, capped at 20 hours a week during term time.

Working students in Germany may work up to 20 hours per week during the semester and full-time during the semester breaks. Going over 20 hours in term time can cost you the working-student health-insurance rate.
