Dein Verantwortungsbereich

• Unterstützung bei der Planung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von Personalentwicklungsinitiativen.
• Mitarbeit bei der Erstellung von Schulungsprogrammen, Lernpfaden und Onboarding-Prozessen.
• Unterstützung im Bereich Learning Management System (LMS): Inhalte pflegen, Reports erstellen, Stakeholder unterstützen.
• Mitwirkung bei Veranstaltungsorganisation (Workshops, Trainings, E-Learning-Module) und Feedback-Erhebung.
• Unterstützung bei datenbasierten Analysen zu Lernbedarfen, Trainingseffektivität und ROI von Programmen.
  
  

Das bringst du mit

• Eingeschriebener Studienplatz, idealerweise in Personalentwicklung, Betriebswirtschaft, Psychologie, Soziologie oder vergleichbar.
• Erste Erfahrungen oder starkes Interesse an Lern- und Talentprogrammen, Moderation oder Bildungsmanagement.
• Sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, Strukturierung und Kommunikationsstärke.
• Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office; idealerweise Grundkenntnisse in LMS-Systemen oder HR-Tools.
• Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, Eigeninitiative und Lernbereitschaft.
