Was Solltest Du Mitbringen
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaft, Recht, Finanzen oder einem vergleichbaren Studiengang; ein Quereinstieg ist bei großem Interesse an diesen Themen ebenfalls möglich
- Interesse an Compliance, disputes und Recherchen
- Sorgfältige, strukturierte und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
- Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office (insb. Excel)
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse
- Umfang der Tätigkeit 15-20 Stunden
- Du hilfst mit bei der Bearbeitung von eingehenden Reklamationen der Kartenausgebenden Banken auf Deutsch und Englisch
- Du prüfst die Einhaltung der relevanten Regularien der Kartenorganisationen unter Wahrung der Interessen von Payone
- Du kontaktierst die Händler bei offenen Fragen und Unstimmegkeiten
- Du stellst sicher, dass alle getroffene Entscheidungen dokumentiert und abgelegt sind,
- Du unterstützt das Team bei der Erstellung von Listen, Reportings etc.
