As a Working Student in Business Development & Growth, you’ll work directly with the founders on partnerships, growth initiatives and strategic projects. You’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how an early-stage startup grows and help shape it along the way.

What You’ll Do- Work directly with the founders across product, growth and strategy
- Help shape new features from idea to launch
- Identify growth opportunities and help bring them to life
- Build relationships with partners, creators and industry leaders
- Research markets, competitors and emerging trends
- Use AI to automate workflows and move faster
- Launch projects, solve problems and take ownership wherever it’s needed
- Strong communication skills
- Curious, ambitious and highly proactive

- Comfortable using AI tools in your daily workflow
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail

- Previous startup experience
- Experience with Web3, AI or SaaS
