Department: Customer Success

Employment Type: Fixed Term - Part Time

Location: Mannheim

Description

As an Intern in Customer Operations / Customer Success, you will be an integral part of our Solutions & Customer Success team, helping internal teams and clients implement smart, scalable workflow automations. You will work across departments to design and configure solutions that improve operational efficiency — from sales support to customer onboarding — and play a key role in enabling digital transformation at osapiens.

You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into practical, technical solutions using tools like Power Automate and other workflow platforms.

Your Responsibilities

  • Designing and configuring workflow automations to improve processes in sales support, customer onboarding and consulting
  • Translating business requirements into efficient, technical workflows and smart system solutions
  • Independently implementing small-scale automation solutions — beyond Excel — including scripts and logic-based tasks
  • Collaborating with business teams to understand technical needs and deliver solutions that create real impact
  • Supporting the continuous improvement of internal automation strategies and contributing to scalable system configurations

Your Experience

  • Degree in a technical field (e.g., Business Informatics, Information Systems, Business Engineering or similar)
  • Solid understanding of programming logic and confidence in working with code — full-time developer skills not required
  • Ability to implement small-scale automation tasks that support customer-related processes
  • Practical experience with automation tools (e.g., Power Automate or similar) and software configuration
  • Strong communication skills and an outgoing, confident personality
  • A proactive mindset and the ability to work independently on technical tasks
  • English fluency required; German is a plus
