Ihre Aufgaben Die Abteilung Medical Affairs Spielt Eine Zentrale Rolle In Der Koordination Und Überprüfung Von Kooperationen Zwischen Olympus Und Healthcare Professionals Und -Organisationen. Als Team Benötigen Wir Unterstützung Bei Den Folgenden Aufgaben
- Unterstützung der Medical Affairs Manager bei inhaltlichen Überprüfungen und der Einhaltung offizieller Vorgaben von kooperationen im Healthcare-Bereich (Sponsorings von Drittveranstaltungen, Trainings)
- vorbereitung, Erstellung und administrative Betreuung von Verträgen
- Regelmäßige Kommunikation mit Geschäftspartnern von Olympus
- Betreuung der Medical-Affairs-Datenbank (Ablage, Analyse, Monitoring, Pflege)
- Selbstständige Durchführung allgemeiner Projekte
- Erstellung und Aktualisierung vorgegebener Geschäftsprozesse und Mitarbeiterkommunikationen
Ihre Qualifikationen
- Immatrikuliert als Student:in (m/w/d) der Rechtswissenschaften, der Wirtschaftswissenschaften, der Medizintechnik oder eines ähnlichen Studiengangs
- Versierter Umgang mit MS Office
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Hohe Kommunikations-, Organisations- und Teamfähigkeit, Eigeninitiative und eine selbstständige Arbeitsweise
