Are you passionate about Experience and brand communications and have creative ideas to bring to the table? Then take your next career step: NXP Semiconductors is hiring a working student to work in our Global Marketing & Communications organization.

In this part-time student position (18 hours per week), you will support the global Tech and Brand Experience team to develop and coordinate ideas, concepts and narratives at the intersection of technology, education and real-world experiences.

Your role focuses on strategic thinking, research, and storytelling, contributing to high-visibility initiatives and partnerships while helping shape how technology is made relevant for students, partners, and society.

Your Responsibilities

  • Concept & Strategy Support
  • Support the team in developing ideas for initiatives and partnerships (e.g. student programs or collaborations)
  • Research how similar programs or partnerships are set up by other companies
  • Collect examples and inspiration the team can build on
  • Research & Insights
  • Research student competitions, university programs, and technology initiatives relevant to NXP (e.g. robotics competitions, STEM programs)
  • Support research on sports partnerships and sponsoring setups (e.g. how brands activate partnerships with clubs like HSV)
  • Collect and summarize examples of campaigns, activations, and formats that could inspire NXP initiatives
  • Storytelling & Partnership Activation (incl. Sports Sponsoring)
  • Support communication around partnerships, including sports sponsoring with HSV (e.g. preparing slides, short texts, or updates)
  • Collect and share ideas or examples on how partnerships can be activated and communicated
  • Create simple presentations and materials to explain initiatives in a clear and engaging way

Your Qualifications

  • Enrolled student (Bachelor or Master) in a relevant field, e.g.:
    • Innovation / Technology Management
    • (Marketing) Communication, (Sports) Media Studies
    • Sustainability / Transformation / Tech-for-Good
    • Design (Service Design, UX, Interaction Design)
    • Business
  • Strong interest in technology, innovation, and real-world applications
  • Structured thinking and ability to work on open, conceptual topics, strong organizational skills, excellent communication, agility to work on different projects, creative/disruptive way of thinking, and high attention to detail
  • Ability to translate ideas into clear written formats (e.g. presentations, short concept texts)
  • Confidence working in an international and cross-functional team.
  • This job requires full professional English and German
  • First experience or strong interest in sports sponsoring, brand partnerships, or sports marketing is helpful
