Ihre Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung des HR Bereichs in unterschiedlichen Themenfeldern für bis zu 20 Stunden pro Woche
- Personaladministrative Aufgaben vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt, z.B. die Erstellung von Arbeitsverträgen und Zeugnissen
- Eigenverantwortliche Bearbeitung von Zeitwirtschaftsthemen via von SAP
- Mitarbeit an aktuellen Projekten, Einführung HR Stammdatensystem
- Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Dokumenten, Übersichten & Präsentationen
- Laufendes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre mit Schwerpunkt Personal, Wirtschaftspsychologie, Psychologie oder einervergleichbaren Fachrichtung
- Erste Praxiserfahrungen im Bereich Human Resources sowie arbeitsrechtliche Kenntnisse von Vorteil
- Eine sorgfältige und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie ebenso aus wie Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität
- Ausgeprägte Organisations- und Kommunikationsstärke
- Selbstsicheres Auftreten gepaart mit Empathie und Fingerspitzengefühl
- Präzise und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
- Gute Microsoft-Office Kenntnisse, SAP-Kenntnisse wünschenswert
- Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
