For our office in Munich, we are looking for an


Intern – Internal Communications


Key Responsibilities

  • Support the planning and execution of internal communication initiatives and engagement campaigns
  • Create, edit, and publish content for internal and external channels (online and offline), including Chinese–English and/or English–German translations
  • Coordinate photography and video production, and independently handle basic post-production editing (video editing and image processing)
  • Support the preparation of management presentations (e.g., PowerPoint) and meeting minutes
  • Act as a liaison across departments to facilitate communication, scheduling, and stakeholder coordination
  • Provide support for additional internal communications and PR-related activities


Qualifications

  • Available for a full-time internship for at least 6 months
  • Preferable excellent written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English; German proficiency is also required for daily work communication
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop and video editing tools
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel)
  • Familiarity with additional design tools (e.g., Illustrator, InDesign, Canva, etc.) is a plus
  • Strong interest in internal communications, corporate communications, or public relations
  • Prior experience in social media, journalism, or multimedia content creation is a plus
  • Strong team player with excellent interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills
  • Proactive, eager to learn, and adaptable in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and reliable, with creativity and a strong sense of ownership
