Description provided by NEURA Robotics
\n\nYour impact on the production ramp-up
In our production site in Riederich, individual parts become state-of-the-art robotic systems, from assembly all the way to commissioning. Right now, we are building up the NEURA Production System and preparing the step into series production, and we need every helping hand that thinks along and gets stuck in. As a working student, you support our Value Stream team in setting up and developing processes, workflows and documentation in production. You work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering and Logistics, and you get to experience the build-up of a new production first-hand.
Your mission & challenges
- Supporting the introduction of our MES, e.g. with data preparation and testing
- Creating and maintaining work instructions in coordination with Production and Quality
- Helping to design and improve assembly and testing processes
- Contributing to value stream analyses and identifying and implementing improvements
- Maintaining production documentation, e.g. bills of materials and FMEA
- Preparing analyses of production KPIs
What we can look forward to
- Current studies, ideally at master's level, in industrial engineering, production engineering, mechanical engineering, mechatronics or a comparable field
- Availability for a period of 3 to 6 months
- First hands-on experience in production or process planning is a plus, e.g. through an internship or a working student position
- Basic knowledge of lean methods, ideally first contact with an MES
- Confident use of MS Office, especially Excel
- Structured and independent way of working and enjoyment of working on the shop floor
- Fluent German and very good English skills
