Stellenbeschreibung

Als Sales Intern (m/w/d) unterstützt du unser UNIVERSAL PICTURES INTERNATIONAL GERMANY Team in Frankfurt – idealerweise ab dem 1. Oktober 2026 für 6 Monate.

Dieses Team sorgt dafür, dass die Filmproduktionen der Universal Film Studios in den Kinos der deutschsprachigen Länder gezeigt werden. Mehr Informationen findest du unter www.upig.de.

Als PraktikantIn unterstützt du uns bei folgenden Aufgaben:

  • Unterstütze das Sales-Team in unserem Büro in Frankfurt bei Aufgaben im Zusammenhang mit dem Kinobetreiber-Management.
  • Trage Filmbuchungen in unser internes System ein und lerne den Ablauf des Verleihprozesses kennen.
  • Gewinne Einblicke in das Kundenbeziehungsmanagement, indem du bei der Kommunikation mit unabhängigen Kinobetreibern unterstützt.
  • Hilf bei der Erfassung und Eingabe täglicher Besucher- und Verkaufszahlen in unser internes Buchungssystem und unterstütze bei der Erstellung einfacher Berichte.
  • Organisiere Sondervorführungen wie Previews oder Open-Air-Events.
  • Koordiniere den Versand von Werbematerialien für Kinos (Poster, Flyer, Displays, Banner usw.).
  • Nutze die Gelegenheit, an branchenspezifischen Fachveranstaltungen teilzunehmen und mehr über das Filmverleihgeschäft zu erfahren.

Qualifikationen

  • Du hast ein starkes Interesse an Film und Kino sowie Grundkenntnisse über aktuelle Filme.
  • Du bist motiviert, mehr über den Filmverleih und die Kino- oder Medienbranche zu lernen.
  • Du bringst eine proaktive und zuverlässige Einstellung mit und verfügst über gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten.
  • Du arbeitest gerne mit Menschen und bist ein Teamplayer.
  • Du hast gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch.
  • Du besitzt grundlegende MS-Office-Kenntnisse und bist bereit, neue Software schnell zu erlernen.
  • Eine freundliche und kooperative Einstellung rundet dein Profil ab.
