Working Student (m/f/d) for Planning & Procurement

As a Working Student in Purchasing, you'll help keep our SAP master data clean, accurate, and reliable — supporting the planning and procurement decisions that depend on it every day.

What Awaits You At Mynaric

• Clean and maintain SAP master data (material master, source lists, info records, purchasing views).
• Identify and resolve incorrect, incomplete, or inconsistent data entries in coordination with Buyers and Planning.
• Support standardization of master data fields and naming conventions across categories.
• Help build and maintain data governance routines to keep master data consistent over time.
• Build simple reports/dashboards (Excel, SAP queries) to track data quality and flag recurring errors.
• Reduce manual effort by identifying repetitive data-cleanup tasks and proposing lightweight fixes or automation.
• Support the rollout of new data standards as they're defined by the Purchasing team.
• Collaborate with Buyers, Planners, and IT/ERP to trace data issues back to their source.

What You Bring With You

• Currently enrolled in a degree program in industrial engineering, supply chain, business administration, information systems, or similar.
• First exposure to SAP (or a comparable ERP) through coursework, internships, or working student experience is a plus — willingness to learn SAP in depth is essential.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working through large, messy datasets.
• Solid Excel skills; basic familiarity with Power Automate, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus.
• Structured, methodical way of working.
• Curiosity about manufacturing/procurement processes and how clean data drives planning accuracy.
• Fluency in English; German skills are a plus.
