About The Internship

We are looking for a Product Design Intern to join our team in Berlin for a voluntary internship of up to 3 months. This role is designed for students or early-career designers who want to gain hands-on experience in UX and product design while learning from an international team.

What You’ll Do

• Support the team with UX research and insights
• Assist in creating wireframes, user flows, and basic prototypes
• Participate in design thinking sessions and brainstorming
• Help prepare design assets and presentations
• Learn how designers collaborate with developers and product teams
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• Students or recent graduates in UX/UI, Product Design, HCI, or related fields
• Basic understanding of UX principles and design thinking
• Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools
• Curiosity, creativity, and willingness to learn
• Good communication skills in English
• German or other European languages are a plus
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
• Solid understanding of sales ecosystems, project delivery, customer success, and business development processes.
• Proficiency in CRM tools and reporting systems.
• Strong relationship-building skills to make customers successful.
• Design knowledge is a strong plus and will be highly valued.

Legal Internship Notice (Germany)

This position is offered as a voluntary internship (freiwilliges Praktikum) for up to 3 months in accordance with German labor regulations. The internship is intended for learning and professional development purposes. Interns will support the team and gain practical experience but will not replace regular employees or perform full employee duties.
