Your profile
- Previous experience as a Finance Assistant, Finance Officer, or in a similar finance-related role or currently pursuing a degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of accounting and bookkeeping procedures
- Efficient use of MS Office applications
- Good communication skills in oral and written German and English
- Being familiar with accounting software (SAP) is a plus
- Good administration skills
- Working independently and responsibly
Your tasks
- Create PSORs (Proposal Sheet/Order Request) for ordering goods & services.
- Create vendor data for registration of new vendors in SAP
- Execute invoice panyment processing covered by operational and investment budgets.
- Control budgets for PSOR & EPR/PPR/BTPR (Requests for reimbursement for entertainment, general expenses, and travel expenses) created by each team.
- Control cost reports in HR Works for reimbursement of employee travel expenses.
- Arrange for budget adjustments in SAP: Carry back, carry forward, account change, reduction/additional budget requests.
- Execute the purchasing process for goods & services.
- Ensure registration of approved PSORs for investment and new assets in MAMS.
- Manage fixed assets in MAMS and support annual fixed asset counting.
- Support all matters related to MTCE operation and administration.
