Your profile

• Currently enrolled in a relevant university degree program
• Strong knowledge of SQL, VBA, Excel Power Query, Power BI, and Python is required for this position.
• Highly organized and analytical mindset, with strong numerical and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately with complex data sets.
• Professional communication skills in English are essential. Knowledge of German and/or Korean is considered a strong advantage.

Your tasks

• Program, apply and further develop comprehensive knowledge of SQL, VBA, Excel Power Query, Power BI, and Python to support business analysis, reporting, and process improvement activities.
• Prepare and analyze data and relevant business information to assess MPE business performance and identify improvement opportunities (e.g., EV impact analysis, EV battery analysis, and other strategic initiatives).
• Understand, gather, and document business requirements, stakeholder needs, challenges, and objectives through close collaboration with executives and colleagues across different departments.
• Analyze business issues and data discrepancies across departments such as Sales, Marketing, Inventory, and Accessories. Support the preparation of data-driven recommendations and coordinate meetings with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate resolution.
• Assist the Team Leader and senior colleagues in developing annual and long-term business plans.
• Support the management and continuous improvement of projects, reporting tools, and sales analytics dashboards within the team.
• Support the consolidation and delivery of sales data from multiple sources and channels while ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Prepare and maintain documentation, including Business Requirements Documents (BRDs), process documentation, sales reporting guidelines, ACEA NCS overviews, and Business Plan change histories to support business solution implementation.
• Prepare backup analyses, reports, and ad hoc data requests to support management decision-making and sales-related inquiries from MHQ.
• Provide assistance to colleagues from other departments and branches by responding to questions and requests related to MPE sales performance, business planning activities, and reporting requirements.
