Werkstudent (m / w / d) Finance

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and hands-on Working Student to join our team in Stuttgart. In this role, you will support our finance, accounting and administrative activities. If you are eager to gain relative experience in a global corporate, this is a great opportunity to grow your technical and organizational skills.

Your Responsibilities

• Support in processing and monitoring customer transactions;
• Support in processing vendor payment.
• Support in processing employee reimbursement and travel expense claims.
• Support in Fixed asset management and accounting.

Your Profile

• Enrolled student in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Good command of Chinese and English (both written and spoken); German is a plus.
• Strong organizational, planning, and administrative skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• A team player with a proactive, result-oriented mindset.
• Flexible working style – early morning availability is appreciated.
• Willingness to perform basic manual tasks.
