Das direkt am Wasser gelegene MEDICLIN Reha-Zentrum Plau am See bildet mit dem MEDICLIN Krankenhaus Plau am See eine medizinisch-konzeptionelle Einheit. Zu der Reha-Einrichtung mit 260 Betten gehören Fachkliniken für Neurologie und Frührehabilitation Phase C sowie eine Fachklinik für Orthopädie. Im Reha-Zentrum sind rund 190 Mitarbeiter*innen beschäftigt.

Zum MEDICLIN-Standort Plau am See gehören außer dem Reha-Zentrum das MEDICLIN Krankenhaus Plau am See und das MEDICLIN MVZ Plau am See.
