Office Manager / Intern / Trainee (m/f/d) in Berlin
Your Responsibilities
- You will support the executive management, including assistant duties, ongoing scheduling, general research tasks, and taking dictations – in both German and English
- You will be responsible for correspondence with our international offices, both by phone and email
- You will coordinate appointments and meetings
- You will be supported by 2–3 other office staff members (m/f/d) and will coordinate various day-to-day tasks for executive management
Your Profile
- You have successfully completed your training or studies
- You possess strong management and planning skills, are highly organized, and capable of multitasking
- You are a team player and apply your intercultural competencies confidently in daily work
- You demonstrate high resilience and flexibility and maintain a calm demeanor even on stressful workdays
- You are fluent in German and English, and have excellent MS Office skills
