Working Student – HR Culture & Development (m/f/d)
Start Date: October 2026
Hours: 20 per week
Duration: 1 year
About the Role
Curious how culture is shaped behind the scenes in an international company? Wonder what really makes learning experiences come to life?
Join our HR Culture & Development (C&D) team and step right into the action. Actively help create and run the experiences that bring our people together – from European onboarding journeys to leadership formats and HR community events.
This role is perfect if you enjoy making things happen: organizing, coordinating, improving – and seeing the direct impact of your work. Along the way, you’ll also get exposure to digital learning tools, content creation, and the inner workings of a modern HR environment.
What you’ll work on
Make learning and collaboration happen
- Play an active role in organizing internal workshops and events (e.g., European Induction, Leadership Development programs, HR community meetings)
- Own the logistics end-to-end: from room bookings and catering to agendas and speaker coordination
- Be right there when it happens – and occasionally facilitate sessions yourself
Keep our learning platform “Dojo” running smoothly
- Support the administration of our Learning Management System “Dojo”
- Set up and launch courses, generate reports, and help ensure a smooth user experience
Support performance and feedback processes
- Support the administration and further development of our Performance Management system “Seicho”
- Assist in testing new features (e.g., 360° feedback) and improving tools such as the performance evaluation form
Turn knowledge into accessible content
- Create engaging learning materials such as eLearning modules, videos, presentations, and other digital learning resources – whatever helps learning stick.
- Create and update Dojo user guides for learners, managers, and admins
Support projects that shape our people experience
- Assist in coordinating European HR projects (about Culture, Leadership, Development, Talent & Succession Management)
- Help structure information, track progress, and keep stakeholders aligned
Keep our C&D space alive and relevant
- Ensure our intranet reflects what’s really happening: fresh, useful, and easy to navigate
What you bring
- You’re currently studying in a relevant field (e.g., HR, Psychology, Business, Communication, Education)
- You communicate confidently in German and English
- You’re comfortable with MS Office and curious about using AI and digital tools
- You enjoy organizing and bringing structure to things – details don’t scare you
- You’re hands-on, reliable, and like seeing tangible results from your work
- You have a genuine interest in how people learn, grow, and collaborate
- You enjoy working in an international environment and connecting with others
Your benefits
- Flexible working model with up to 3 days of home office per week
- Attractive compensation package including 30 days of annual leave, and additional days off during Christmas and New Year
- Learning and development opportunities in an international environment
- Health initiatives, fitness programs, and on-site cafeteria
- Employee events
- Modern office location directly on the Rhine River
