Work directly with our Co-CEO and gain hands-on exposure across finance, people, revenue and business operations. Kickstart your career at the heart of a fast-growing SaaS company and help shape how we scale.

Your Mission

  • Work closely with the Co-CEO on strategic and operational priorities, gaining a holistic view of building and scaling a company.
  • Take ownership of key initiatives across financial, people and organizational topics and cross-functional scaling projects, improving processes and implementing systems to enable sustainable growth.
  • Support MARKT-PILOT in leveraging internal AI tools, identifying use cases, improving adoption, and helping teams integrate AI into their daily workflows.
  • Conduct strategic research and analysis on market trends, competitors, and best practices to inform decision-making.
  • Prepare decision-ready materials, presentations, and briefings for leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Help optimize internal workflows and ensure data quality and transparency across core systems.
  • Act as a sparring partner in day-to-day business, bringing structure to complex topics and helping turn ideas into execution.

Your Skills

  • Student Status: Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field.
  • Structured Thinker: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, detail-oriented approach.
  • Ownership Mindset: Proactive, hands-on, and eager to take responsibility in a fast-paced environment.
  • Business Acumen: Interest in SaaS, B2B business models, and scaling organizations.
  • Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; German is a plus.
  • Execution Strength: Ability to balance strategic thinking with getting things done.
  • Team Player: Collaborative, adaptable, and comfortable working across functions and seniority levels.

Working students may work up to 20 hours a week during the semester and full-time during the breaks. Staying within this keeps your student status and the Werkstudent benefits.

Under the Werkstudentenprivileg you're exempt from health, care and unemployment insurance contributions — only pension insurance applies. That leaves more net pay than a regular job.
