Executive Assistant / Chief of Staff (Intern)

I'm looking for my right hand. A future operator who wants to learn how a business actually gets built from inside the room.

I run a Levantine restaurant, a brand and a growing catering and events business in Berlin. I'm building fast, across a lot of fronts, and I've hit the point every founder hits: I'm the bottleneck. Opportunities slip because I can't get to everything.

So I'm hiring a Chief of Staff / Executive Assistant. Not a coffee-runner. A second brain.

You'll sit close to me and the business. In a normal week you might:

• Run my inbox and calendar so nothing important slips
• Chase the people and follow-ups I don't have time for
• Keep our projects moving; finance, operations, catering, content
• Turn my messy voice notes and ideas into things that actually get done
• Slowly take real work off my plate until I trust you to run it without me

This is for someone who wants to become an operator. If your plan is to build or run businesses one day, this is a front-row seat to how it's really done; the wins, the mess, all of it.

Who you are:

• Organised to the point it's almost a problem
• A fast, clear communicator who takes initiative without being told twice
• Comfortable with ambiguity and moving quickly
• Based in Berlin (or here often), German (Negotiable) + English-strong
• Ideally a master's student or early-career, someone who wants to grow with me, not just do a job

The deal, honestly:

This starts as a trial. If you're a mandatory-internship (Pflichtpraktikum) student, we can structure it that way; otherwise we start with a paid working-student/Minijob arrangement after trial

I'll work with whatever fits your situation legally and fairly. What I care about is proving fit both ways.

Execute well, grow into the role, and this becomes a real paid position with real responsibility as the business grows. I'm looking for someone long-term, not disposable.
