We are looking to fill the following position at the earliest possible date:

Commercial Assistant to the Executive Management – Internship/Trainee (m/f/d), Berlin

Your Responsibilities

• You will complete a 3-month internship as onboarding before taking on significant responsibility as a trainee; the internship can be shortened in cases of outstanding performance
• You will support our executive management in day-to-day business operations
• You will carry out tasks such as business analysis, desk research, and overhead work
• You will also provide support in the areas of mergers & acquisitions, financing, and real estate
• Communicating with individual departments and scheduling meetings/conference calls are also part of your duties

Your Profile

• You have successfully completed a degree in business administration or are about to do so
• You have very good English skills and are a native German speaker
• You are committed, proactive, and have an entrepreneurial mindset
• You have good knowledge of the MS Office suite (especially Excel)
• You familiarize yourself with new topics quickly and conscientiously, are capable of multitasking, and keep a clear head even in stressful situations
