Job Responsibilities
Das sind deine Aufgaben:
- Du bist ein zentraler Ansprechpartner für unsere Dienstwagennutzer/innen und hilfst ihnen bei allen Fragen rund um das Thema Dienstwagen.
- Zusätzlich hilfst du bei der Überwachung und Koordination unserer Flotte, z. B. bei der Fahrzeugbeschaffung, bei Leasingverträgen und Vertragsänderungen, bei der Kontrolle der Laufleistungen sowie bei der Rückgabe von Fahrzeugen.
- Du bist immatrikulierter Studentin – idealerweise in einem wirtschaftlichen oder technischen Studiengang (z. B. BWL, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Fahrzeugtechnik, Mobilitätsmanagement oder ähnliches).
- Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich Automobil, Mobilität, Fuhrpark- oder Leasingmanagement sind ein Plus – aber kein Muss.
- Du hast Interesse an Fahrzeugen, Mobilitätslösungen und verfügst über ein gutes technisches Grundverständnis.
- Du kommunizierst gerne und souverän mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern (z. B. Fahrer*innen, Händler, Werkstätten, Leasingpartner) in englisch und deutsch
- Eine zuverlässige, strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise zeichnen dich aus.
- Du bringst sehr gute MS‑Office-Kenntnisse mit, insbesondere Excel.
- Du hast Freude am serviceorientierten Arbeiten, denkst wirtschaftlich und behältst auch bei mehreren Aufgaben gleichzeitig den Überblick.
