For our product line “Original Equipment Innovation”, we are seeking a talented strategy implementation intern to join our team. This internship offers a unique chance to gain hands-on experience in driving strategic projects forward while working closely with experienced professionals in the field.
Tasks
Our product line “Original Equipment Innovation” develops innovative and tangible cabin products. As an intern, you will position our product line for strategic growth and support the implementation of our strategy.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Support the definition, implementation, and monitoring of strategic projects
- Contribute to and refine the overarching strategy implementation program to ensure that strategic goals are being met and to enhance transparency and visibility for the management
- Assist in the preparation and implementation of workshops
- Create target group-specific presentations and communication materials to effectively convey strategic messages
- Coordinate with team leads and project members to ensure alignment and progress

While prior work experience is a plus, we are looking for a highly motivated candidate fulfilling the following requirements:
- You have successfully completed your 3rd semester of studies in business, economics, industrial engineering or a comparable program
- You are matriculated for the entire period of the internship (current enrollment certificate and, in the case of a mandatory internship a certificate of mandatory internship must be attached to the application) or you are completing the internship between your Bachelor's and Master's studies (Gap Year)
- Structured way of working and commitment
- Solution-oriented approach, independence, and team collaboration
- Strong communication skills and a problem-solving mentality
- Good command of spoken and written English
- Very good MS Office user knowledge
- Language skills in German B1/B2 required

Weekly hours
