Tasks
Your day-to-day work with us is anything but monotonous. You will get to know different employee groups and provide independent support in day-to-day operations as well as in the conceptual and strategic area of various HR products:
- Gain practical experience in operational HR management by supporting HR processes, advising specialist departments, and collaborating with employee representative bodies
- Support a variety of HR projects and become actively involved in key HR topics from the very beginning
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Learning & Development initiatives while gaining insight into different areas of HR development
- Participating in the design and implementation of internal communication activities, including intranet content, eBase updates, mailings, and other communication formats
- Assist in promoting HR initiatives and ensuring effective communication of HR-related topics across the organization

- At the time of the internship, you are at least in the 3rd semester of a degree course in a related subject area
- Enrollment for the entire period of the internship (current certificate of enrollment and a written proof of mandatory internship must be enclosed with the application) or the internship between the Bachelor's and Master's degree program (gap year)
