As a working student (m/f/d) Business Development, you'll support our team in managing strategic projects. In this role, you'll ensure transparency in our portfolio and prepare relevant key performance indicators. You’ll help shape the future of our company in the field of innovation management and make an important contribution to the successful implementation of our project and corporate goals.
Tasks
- You will support the project management team in planning, coordinating, and tracking ongoing projects and maintain relevant information in the project management tool
- You will create and update project dashboards with budget overviews, forecasts, and KPI analyses
- You will assist in building an AI-powered knowledge platform for project management
- You will maintain and update project management training materials, guidelines, methods, and best practices, and support the continuous development of our PMO standards
- You will contribute to the optimization of PMO processes, templates, reporting structures, and project management standards, and assist in the implementation of efficient workflows and tools

Requirements
- Currently pursuing a degree in economics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field of study (3rd semester or higher)
- Very good German and good English skills
- A structured, independent, and meticulous approach to work
- Interest in artificial intelligence and digital technologies
- Organizational skills and a passion for actively shaping projects
- Willingness to regularly work from the office at Munich Airport
