Werkstudent “Manufacturing Engineering Sustaining” (m/w/d) im Bereich Medizintechnik
Wesentliche Aufgabenbereiche
- Erstellung von Unterlagen zur Prozessdokumentation (Fertigungs- und Prüfanweisungen)
- Unterstützung bei Auslegung, Beschaffung und Implementierung von Maschinen, Werkzeugen und Betriebseinrichtungen
- Durchführung und Dokumentation von Equipment-Qualifizierungen
- Unterstützung bei der Durchführung von Prozessverbesserungen und Kosteneinsparungsprojekten
- Pflege von Stücklisten und Arbeitsplänen in den PPS-Systemen
- Unterstützung bei allgemeinen Supportaufgaben für die Fertigungsbereiche (Bestellwesen/Zeiterfassung/Labeling/Dokumentenpflege/Änderungswesen)
- Technischer Studiengang (z.B. Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Medizintechnik, Produktionstechnik)
- Erste Kenntnisse über regulatorische Vorgaben sowie Herstellrichtlinien von Medizinprodukten (FDA-Richtlinien 21 CFR 820, GMP sowie DIN ISO 13485) sind von Vorteil
- Gute MS Office Kenntnisse
- Erste Erfahrung mit Produktionsplanungssystemen (SAP o.ä.) sind hilfreich
- Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
