About The Role

Do you want first-hand experience with how a start-up operates? Are you in your Bachelor's? As a EiR intern, you work closely together with our management, venture development team and our founder associates. You jump between departments and get hands-on at those specific projects that you are most excited about: tech, operations, growth, marketing, data and much more.

  • Learn everything about Entrepreneurship (by doing it)
  • Get assigned one direct mentor from the leadership team to support your growth
  • Rotate between several departments (tech, finance, marketing, ops, growth)
  • Join exclusive talks from EU’s best founders - held only for the LANCH Team
  • Learn how to raise money in a full-day coaching session (e.g., incl. a call with a VC General Partner) → Pitch deck writing, fundraising strategy, team selection

What you will do:

  • Project management: You will work on various important projects simultaneously that include multiple different stakeholders from both inside and outside of the organisation.
  • Build playbooks: As a EiR intern, you will implement and improve operational processes across the entire organisation. Enabling us to scale our business.
  • Know the numbers: You will work together with multiple stakeholders in the organisation and use your excellent analytical skills to evaluate trends. Enabling us make the right decisions for company.
  • Execute the roadmap: As a EiR intern, you will support various teams in their day-to-day tasks and projects. Where you want to deep-dive it’s up to your skill set and interest.
  • Be entrepreneurial: solutions driven, and capable of thinking outside of the box.

About You

  • You are currently pursuing your bachelor's degree and are available for a three-month internship
  • You are based in Berlin (or nearby) or are excited to relocate to Berlin for the duration of the internship.
  • You are proactive, goal-oriented, and take full ownership of your projects from day one.
  • You have a strategic mindset paired with strong analytical thinking
  • You are passionate about start-ups, entrepreneurship, and the dynamic world of innovation!
  • Previous experience in a start-up, VC, or consulting environment is a plus—but not required.
  • You are fluent in German and English

Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.
