- Unterstützung bei der Umstellung von Windows 10 auf Windows 11
- Vorbereitung, Installation und Auslieferung neuer Hardware
- Dokumentation der IT-Infrastruktur und IT-Assets in i-doit
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von System- und Benutzerdokumentationen
- Mithilfe bei der Einführung und Verwaltung von Intune auf iOS-Geräten
- Mitarbeit im Tagesgeschäft und bei verschiedenen IT-Projekten
- Laufendes Studium im Bereich IT, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder vergleichbares
- Erste Kenntnisse in Windows-Betriebssystemen und IT-Hardware von Vorteil
- Interesse an Microsoft-Technologien, Client-Management und Mobile Device Management
