IHRE AUFGABEN

Unterstützung bei der Beschaffung von indirekten Materialien und Dienstleistungen im SRM und SAP
Unterstützung bei der Einholung von Vergleichsangeboten gemäß den vorliegenden Anforderungen und Spezifikationen, sowie Angebotsvergleich
Unterstützung bei Prüfung von Lieferungen und Leistungen mit Rechnungsprüfung und Reklamationsbearbeitung zu den Bestellvorgängen für indirektes Material
Anlage und Pflege der Lieferantendaten, Lieferbedingungen und Zahlungsbedingungen und Vertragsmanagement ECM
Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Pflege der zugeordneten Lieferanten
Datenanlage und Datenpflege der Artikelstammsätze in den Systemen SAP-SRM, SAP-PM
