Das bringst du mit
- eingeschriebener Studentin in einem pädagogischen Studiengang
- Erfahrung in der pädagogischen Arbeit mit Kindern im Alter von 1-12
- Leidenschaft und Freude am Umgang mit Kindern
- Spaß an der Teamarbeit und an der Mit-gestaltung unseres pädagogischen Konzepts
- Kommunikationsstärke und Flexibilität
- Ein Träger mit klaren Werten und professionellen, modernen Strukturen
- Beratung und Begleitung durch eine träger-interne Fachberatung
- Erstklassige Einarbeitung, hohe pädagogische Qualität und großer Gestaltungsspielraum
