We’re looking for a high-energy Working Student or Intern (f/m/d) to support our marketing team across Organic Content, Performance Marketing, SEO, and Influencer Marketing.

Your Mission

• Organic & Social Growth: Create fresh, trend-aware content for our social platforms. You know what clicks on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, and you might even feature in our own campaigns.
• Influencer & Campaign Marketing: Work with the team to manage communication with our influencer agencies; selecting top creators, approving content, evaluating campaign performance, and scaling the channel.
• App Store & SEO Operations: Assist the team with App Store Optimization (ASO) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to make sure our products rank #1.
• Employer Branding: Partner with the team to shape our homepage messaging, craft engaging brand content, and bring our company culture to life.
• Performance Marketing: Help set up, track, and optimize paid ad campaigns, blending your creative instincts with sharp analytics.

Your Profile

• Fluent in English & German: Both languages are an absolute must-have (written and spoken).
• Social Media Native: You live and breathe current trends, memes, and platform formats. Having your own social media channel with a few thousand followers is a huge plus!
• First Experience: Prior experience from a marketing internship, working student role, or side hustle is a major advantage.
• Balanced Mindset: You are highly creative, yet analytical enough to look at data and understand what drives performance.
• Drive & Energy: Proactive, eager to learn, and ready to take ownership from Day 1.
• Location & Availability: Based in Hamburg or surrounding areas, available for 2.5 days per week (working student) or full-time (internship). Preferred working days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
