Join Interpath as an Intern (m/f/d) - Value Creation in our offices in Düsseldorf, Frankfurt, or Munich and gain hands-on experience supporting high-impact transformation and value creation projects for private equity and corporate clients.

Requirements

You bring strong analytical capabilities, commercial curiosity, and a genuine interest in strategy, M&A, and business transformation.

You should have:

• Ongoing or recently completed Master's studies in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Previous internship experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, transaction services, private equity, investment banking, corporate development, or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to structure complex business challenges
• Interest in M&A, strategy execution, operational improvement, and value creation
• Excellent quantitative and data analysis capabilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Fluency in German (minimum C1) and English (minimum B2)
• Willingness to travel as required for client engagements
