Your future role.
- You support the implementation of automated market and competitive-intelligence reporting, following clear guidance, defined processes, and available templates.
- You work with the Corporate Development Python & AI Automation expert to translate business questions into structured data and dashboard requirements.
- You help collect, structure, validate, and analyze market, competitor, financial, product, project, and industry information from internal and external sources.
- You support the development and maintenance of Power BI dashboards, including data-quality checks, visualizations, user testing, and documentation.
- You regularly prepare market and competitor slides using existing templates, turning complex information into clear summaries and logical storylines.
- You conduct benchmarking, trend analysis, and ad-hoc research using Excel and other analytical tools.
- With increasing experience, you take ownership of defined work packages and respond independently to recurring business requests.
- You ensure that your analyses are accurate, consistent, clearly presented, and supported by traceable sources.
- You respond quickly and autonomously to changing business demands while ensuring accuracy, source traceability, consistency, and professional presentation quality.
- You are enrolled in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, or a related field and are eligible for a working-student role or mandatory internship.
- You demonstrate outstanding PowerPoint skills and can convert complex analyses into clear, concise, and visually compelling management presentations.
- You have advanced Excel skills, including complex formulas, PivotTables, data modelling, charts, and preferably Power Query, Power Pivot.
- You capture business requirements quickly, identify the core question, and independently develop a logical analytical approach and storyline.
- You have basic practical knowledge of Power BI and an interest in dashboard development, data visualization, and automated reporting.
- You bring fundamental familiarity with AI tools and at least basic exposure to programming or scripting, preferably Python; advanced software-development skills are not required.
- You work autonomously, learn quickly, manage several priorities, and deliver high-quality results under tight timelines.
- You communicate fluently in written and spoken English and B1 or fluent in German.
- You can demonstrate your analytical and presentation capabilities through internships, coursework, case studies, or other practical projects.
