Workplace Management is about keeping office operations running smoothly, supporting colleagues with everyday questions and creating a welcoming experience for employees, candidates and guests. At idealo, you support our Workplace team at reception and with organizational tasks across our Berlin office.

Your Responsibilities

• You welcome and support colleagues, candidates and guests at reception.
• You answer organizational questions related to everyday office life.
• You order office supplies and coordinate internal and external meetings.
• You support business travel and the organization of internal events.
• When office operations run smoothly, you can see the direct impact of your work.
