Your Role And Responsibilities
What You Can Expect from Master@IBM study&work:
- Financial independence from day one – with an attractive salary 15h for IBM / 20h for IBM
- 1st year € 1.045 / € 1.393 gross/month
- 2nd year €1.363 / € 1.818 gross/month
- 3rd year €1.510 / € 2.013 gross/month
- An employment contract with a 15 or 20h-hour workweek for IBM.
- Master studies at recommended German university (of your choice) like TUM, University Stuttgart, University Tübingen, KIT etc.
- Full coverage of semester fees plus travel expenses to your university

- Bachelor's degree in Business Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
- Passion for Automation
- Good knowledge of German (at least C1 proficiency), Maths and English
- You are committed as a problem solver and ready to take on challenges

- You are known for your dedication and commitment
- You like to take on responsibility, get involved and have fun doing so
- You are characterised by your communication and teamwork skills
- Basic Understanding of Automation Platforms: Exposure to automation platforms, including Cloud Pak for Applications, DevOps, and Enterprise Application Service for Java, to develop a foundational knowledge of the offerings and their applications
- Familiarity with Sales Processes: Interest in sales processes and practices, including opportunity progression and demand creation, to support sales efforts and drive results
- Exposure to Client Engagement: Curiosity about client engagement and relationship-building to understand client needs and provide support in addressing their challenges with IBM's Automation Platform solutions
- Awareness of Industry Trends: Interest in staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments related to automation platforms and sales processes to support sales efforts and drive results
- Familiarity with Cloud Solutions: Exposure to cloud-based technologies and solutions to develop a foundational knowledge of their applications and benefit e.g, the HashiCorp product family
- Basic Understanding of Kubernetes and Container platforms
- Awareness of Sales Tools: Curiosity about sales tools and platforms used to support sales processes and drive results in the automation platform industry
