Heute sind die Produkte der IAB heute in vielen herausragenden Wirtschaftszweigen im Einsatz: von Pharma und Life Science, Medizintechnik, Optische Industrie, Luft- und Raumfahrttechnik, Mikroelektronik und Halbleitertechnik, Lasertechnik, Automobilindustrie bis hin zur E-Mobilität.
Aufgaben
- Unterstützung bei der professionellen Betreuung unserer Kunden per Telefon und digitalen Kommunikationskanälen
- Mitwirken bei der Erfassung der Kundenaufträge sowie der Bearbeitung der Kundenreklamationen
- Pflege und Aktualisierung von Kundenstammdaten im ERP-System
- Enge Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Abteilungen wie Einkauf, Logistik und Buchhaltung
Profil
- Aktuelle Immatrikulation in einem wirtschaftlich- oder sozialwissenschaftlichen Studiengang
- Interesse an Vertrieb und dem Sammeln praktischer Erfahrungen
- Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, Zuverlässigkeit und hohe Eigeninitiative
- Sichere Kommunikation auf Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
- Sicherer Umgang mit den gängigen MS-Office-Programmen
- Unterstützung an 2-3 Tagen pro Woche mit mindestens 15 Stunden
