Brokerage Trading division is a part of Client Solutions Global Markets. It combines trading in Equities, Bonds, Funds, ETFs and Derivatives on behalf of third parties. Orders from our retail, professional and institutional clients are processed by respective desk and executed on stock exchanges or OTC trading venues.
What you can expect from us
- Getting to know the securities trading at a major European bank
- Support in securities trading by creating reports, presentations and controlling factsheets
- Analysis of existing processes for potential optimization and automation
- Support Senior Traders with the daily activities
- Support trading desk with regulatory requirements
- Advanced studies (e.g. Master/PhD) in the field of Economics, Mathematics, Finance or Business Administration
- Interest in Economics and Financial Markets context
- Fluent written and spoken English, command of German or Italian is an advantage
- Confident handling of MS Office
- Coding skills (VBA, SQL, Python) is an advantage
- Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
- Enjoy working independently in a goal-oriented and structured way
- High affinity for numbers and fast comprehension skills
- Analytical and strategic thinking skills

During your internship, you will receive a monthly compensation of EUR 2,400 gross based on full-time employment, which meets at least the applicable statutory minimum wage. This applies regardless of whether the internship is mandatory or voluntary.

Weekly hours
Internships have no 20-hour cap, but a voluntary internship longer than three months generally has to pay at least the German minimum wage. Mandatory internships in your study programme are exempt.

Mandatory internships are largely exempt from social contributions. Voluntary internships are treated like regular employment once they run long enough, so contributions usually apply.
