We are looking for you as a Working Student (m/f/d) for Data Management & Product Compliance (REACH) at our location in Augsburg.

Your Tasks

  • Support in collecting and processing supplier information (e.g., emails, order confirmations, certificates, web portals)
  • Maintaining and filing documents, as well as assisting with data maintenance in the REACH database and the ERP system
  • Communication with internal departments (e.g., Purchasing, Engineering) and assistance with supplier inquiries
  • Assistance in preparing order-related statements for customers
  • Support in optimizing processes, e.g., by analyzing opportunities for automation and AI implementation

Your Profile

  • Studies in business administration, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, business informatics, or a comparable field of study
  • Interest in technical topics and, ideally, a basic understanding of chemical processes
  • Proficiency in standard MS Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook); Knowledge of ERP systems, Power BI, or AI applications is a plus
  • Fluency in German and good English skills, as well as a meticulous, structured approach to work, strong teamwork skills, and excellent communication skills
