Wir sind ein Beratungsunternehmen im Bereich des nachhaltigen Bauens. Unsere Kunden sind Bauherren und Planer in Mittel- und Großbauprojekten, sowie Bauprodukthersteller. Unser Ziel ist es, Gebäude ganzheitlich nach den neuesten Nachhaltigkeitsstandards zu planen und zu bewerten.
Ihre Aufgaben
- Green Building Beratung in Zertifizierungsprojekten nach bekannten Labels wie LEED, DGNB und BREEAM
- Bauökologische Beratung und Bewertung von Produkten > Building Material Scout
- Durchführen von Energie-Simulationen
- Erstellen von Ökobilanzen > LCA Online
- Erstellen von Energieausweisen / Energiekonzepten
- Studium im Fachbereich Bauphysik, Versorgungstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen (Bau), Bauingenieurwesen oder Architektur (fortgeschrittenes Fachsemester)
- Analytisches und projektorientiertes Denken
- Engagement, Kontakt- und Teamfähigkeit
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Office, insbesondere in Excel/Excel VBA
- ein verantwortungsvolles und angemessen vergütetes Praktikum im Bereich Green Building Design, Energieeffizienz und Bauphysik
- Mitarbeit in einem dynamischen und jungen Unternehmen
