Über den Bereich
In der Abteilung „Active Sensing Engineering“ der HENSOLDT Sensors GmbH am Standort Taufkirchen suchen wir einen „Werkstudenten (w/m/d) für Laser Optiksimulation und Laboraufbau“ für Arbeiten an einem optischen Abbildungssystem. Die Abteilung „Active Sensing Engineering“ ist verantwortlich für die Entwicklung von Systemen zum Selbstschutz von Land- und Luftfahrzeugen. Dabei wird der gesamten Produktlebenszyklus von der Angebotsphase über Entwicklung von Demonstratoren und Prototypen, Produkt- und Serienentwicklung sowie Unterstützung in der Nutzungsphase abgedeckt.
Im Fokus stehen dabei der Entwicklung eines Prototyps eines optischen Systems, das mit Simulationswerkzeugen wie z.B. Zemax, CodeV oder ähnlichem analysiert und optimiert werden soll. Nach erfolgreicher Simulation soll das System als Laboraufbau realisiert werden.
Deine Aufgaben
- Simulation eines optischen Systems mit Simulationswerkzeugen wie Zemax, CodeV, oder ähnlichem
- Optimierung der optischen Parameter des Systems
- Anpassung der Optimierungsmethoden durch Erstellung von Makros und Modifikation der Merit-funktion
- Auswahl der Komponenten für den Laboraufbau: Analyse verschiedener COTS-Komponenten und Abschätzung der erforderlichen Genauigkeit der Justage
- Aufbau des Systems im Labor
- Dokumentation der Ergebnisse
Dein Profil
- Immatrikulierter Student (w/m/d) in der Physik, physikalischer Technik, Optronik oder eines ähnlichen Studienfaches
- Abgeschlossenes Bachelorstudium
- Erfahrung mit optischer Simulation (z.B. Zemax/OpticStudio, Code V, oder Ähnliches)
- Interesse an theoretischer Modellierung
- Erste Laborerfahrung, (Erfahrung in Laborautomatisierung mit LabView / Python) ist ein Plus
- Fundierte Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
