Tätigkeitsbeschreibung
- CAQ Dokumenten- und Trainingsmanagement
- Systempflege & Rechte: Benutzergruppen im CAQ exakt zuordnen und Benutzerrechte verwalten.
- Dokumenten- & Änderungsmanagement: Prüfen, ob Aktualisierungen von Dokumenten (QD) neue Schulungen erfordern.
- Schulungsmanagement: Fragenkataloge erstellen, Schulungen planen (Teilnehmer, Termine, Versand) und Qualifikationen pflegen.
- Eskalationswesen: Automatisierte Jobs für Erinnerungen und Mahnungen (inkl. Einbindung von Vorgesetzten) einrichten.
- Reporting: Auswertungen und die Qualifikationsmatrix erstellen.
Was Du Mitbringst
- Laufendes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium in einem technischen oder naturwissenschaftlichen Studiengang
- Strukturierte und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Analytisches Denkvermögen
