About this Position We are offering an exciting internship opportunity for a motivated and organized individual with project management skills to join the SHEQ Compliance & Excellence team. This position will help us shape a strong safety, health, environment and quality mindset across the organization. It offers a unique opportunity to combine global experience with different stakeholders from different Business Units with impactful work that drives harmonization of our landscape. Duration of the internship is 6 months.

What You´ll Do
- Support the review, harmonization and improvement of global corporate SHEQ procedures and standards
- Assist with coordination of global and crossfunctional working groups and workshops
- Collaborate with global SHEQ teams to ensure alignment across regions and functions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement process by enhancing efficiency, transparency and quality
- Student who has successfully passed Bachelor studies in project management, business administration or related fields, knowledge in safety, health, environment would be a plus
- Fluent English language skills, German is a plus, but not required
- Confident communication skills and ability to collaborate in a global environment
- Familiarity with tools like PowerPoint, SharePoint, Word and basic understanding in software applications
- Strong interest in SHEQ compliance, standards and continuous improvement
