- Aktive Unterstützung bei der Abrechnung von Provisionen für verschiedene Vertriebspartner:innen, einschließlich Versand von Abrechnungsunterlagen und Auslösung von Zahlungen
- Erfassung und Pflege von Vermittler:inneninformationen in unseren IT-Systemen
- Eigenständiges Überarbeiten und Verbessern bestehender Dokumentationen für mehr Transparenz und Verständlichkeit
- Einbringen eigener Ideen zur Optimierung unserer Prozesse
- Korrespondenz und Ansprechperson für unsere Vertriebspartner:innen
- Unterstützung bei Projekttätigkeiten
- Fortgeschrittenes Studium der Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder eines vergleichbaren Studiengangs
- Reststudiendauer > 1 Jahr
- Interesse an Abrechnungsprozessen und hohe Zahlenaffinität
- Ausgeprägte Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit sowie selbstständige Arbeitsweise und schnelle Auffassungsgabe
- Sicherer Umgang mit Microsoft Office, insbesondere Word und Excel
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens C1-Niveau) in Wort und Schrift
- Bereitschaft zur regelmäßigen Anwesenheit im Büro (1 - 2 Tage/Woche)
